Brandon and Meg were married on October 20th, 2012. These two might look a little familear becuse I shot their engagement photos about a year ago. Here is the link.  Throughout the wole day it was evident that these two belonged together. Their passion and energy when together is fun to watch and transfered to the pictures. The day was filled with happy moments and also wonderful reminders of Megs Mom who passed away several years ago. I loved the way they took time to remember her in many different ways throughout the day.

Once the preperation and ceramony were over there was plenty of parting to be done at the  reception. These two have a good time together and with their friends they all made it a really fun night to watch. Meg and Brandon, thanks for letting me capture your wedding day. I hope these images will be ones that you will enjoy and look back on after many years of marrage. Congrats you two.

Tomek and Nadia were married in a small ceremony filled with family and friends at the Edgewood Plantation in Charles City VA. These two have a beautiful son and a super nice family. I throughly enjoyed photographing their wedding. Thanks again, and best of luck to you both in your future together. Hope you enjoy.

Meg and Brandon contacted me a few weeks ago wanting some photos due to their recent engagement. Meg asked if they could have their pictures taken at the family farm in Suffolk. This place was amazing. There were barns, outbuildings, hay bales, lakes, fields of cotton, and beautiful fall foliage. Every square inch of this place was an awesome backdrop to take pictures. I could go back there 10 more times and never take the same stye picture. As for the newly engaged couple, these two were great to work with. They made this a easy and fun shoot. Their love for each other is very obvious and it comes through in the photos. I wish you both my utmost congratulations and luck in your growing relationship.

These images are from an engagement session I took in Maymont Park. I always love taking engagement pictures. I new these two wonderful people from the PhD. program at school. They are getting married in India in a few weeks and wanted some pictures before the wedding. Ninad scheduled this shoot several weeks ago. When I agreed to the shoot I never imagined that it would be 15 degrees Fahrenheit the day of the shoot. I have never shot in that cold of weather before. Beyond the temperature the day was beautiful. From the look  of these two you would never know it was below freezing. Here is a sample of some of the great images we got from the trip. I might need to shoot in the cold more often.

Jimmy and Carolyn are good friends of mine that are getting married this summer. I wanted them to have some engagement photos, so we walked around Richmond and snapped some great photos. I felt bad for having them walk down Monument Ave. kissing and holding hands. A few people even yelled congrats out their car windows as they passed. Jimmy and Carolyn were great sports about all of this. I think we ended up with some really good pictures that show how each of them care for one another. I am looking forward to their big day in August.

Audrey is a good friend and a coworker of mine that I was fortunate enough to photograph her marage to John. Here are a few images from there special day that show their love for each other. I had  a great time taking these pictures and attending the wedding.

I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph Jenn and Ben’s wedding on October 24th. I couldn’t have asked for a more easygoing genuinely nice couple to work with. These guys made my job easy. These two truly showed their love for each other and were so excited about spending the rest of their live together. We wish them the very best in the future. Here are just a few of my personal favorites pictures from the day.
